Dr. Grace Wathen, DACM, LAc, MSTCM

Dr. Grace Wathen is a dedicated holistic wellness practitioner specializing in Eastern Medicine and Pilates Therapy. She holds a Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM) from the California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, where her doctoral research focused on dermatological conditions, and a Master of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine (MSTCM) from Five Branches University in Santa Cruz. She has also pursued advanced study and clinical focus in the treatment of infertility.

Trained in both classical and contemporary Pilates, Dr. Grace brings a refined, integrative approach to movement and healing, blending traditional wisdom with modern, evidence-informed care. She is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist in both Utah and California. Her clinical experience includes serving as a Pediatric Acupuncturist at Primary Children’s Hospital, where she provided compassionate, specialized care to children and adolescents. Dr. Grace is also a Doctoral Advisor for the Professional Doctorate program at the University of East-West Medicine.

A lover of nature and animals, Dr. Grace spends her free time riding and training her mustangs (Noah & Scarlet), hiking with her cavaliers (Lionel & Juniper), and snuggling with her cat (Billy).

Dr. Grace has a deep passion for Dui Yao formulas (a classical traditional herbal medicine practice) and maintains a full Dui Yao herbal pharmacy for her patients. She is also the creator of the herbal tea company Wildflower Remedy: www.wildflowerremedy.com.
